Customer Accounts Manager
(Singapore)

Job Summary: 
To be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and administer all marketing, sales, promotions and customer related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining customer information accurate and valid for system automation.
  • Responsible for keeping records of customer related events, actions, follow-up and purchases.
  • Manage all customer related communication and information across various mediums.
  • Handle customer queries on phone, email or in person. 
  • Match customers to affiliates properly.
  • Liaising with customers
  • Work closely with affiliates and agencies in promoting company events to their database or members.
  • Manage events and schedule of activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support.

Requirements:
  • Organized, systematic and has high attention to details.
  • Ability to learn, understand and execute new skills and systems quickly.
  • Resourceful and analytical.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Bright, ambitious, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Result oriented, driven individual that can work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Event management experience an advantage.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Team player.

Technical Skills Required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Experience in using computerized database systems.
  • Experience in using blogs, online forums, and social networks.
